COVID-19 UPDATE, 5/5/22: We hope you are all staying safe and well as we all do our part to look out for one another in response to the pandemic.

In an effort to do our part in protecting our community and flattening the curve of infection, The Songwriting School successfully moved all previously active classes online on Wednesday 3/11/20. More than two years ago now! With the mix of video conferencing technology and the magnificent and adaptive student and instructor community, you and we did not miss a beat.

Some SPRING & SUMMER 2022 classes (especially with a performance aspect) will have specific in-person opportunities for LA people--but all classes will additionally be offered over Zoom fully interactive, with both real-time interaction with your instructor and classmates AND on-demand archives of each class for your access, on your own schedule. We are following all state and local guidance as we consider the rest of our 2022 programming.

Recording studio use is available, strictly observing all LA County COVID-19 protocols. Please inquire with details about your project by calling 818-848-7664. Or email us here.

Questions? Want help picking the right class? Need to discuss tuition arrangements in these trying times? CONTACT US HERE or call 818-848-7664.

The Songwriting School continues to follow the COVID-19 (novel Coronavirus) developments closely and seeks to make decisions that protect our community, foster creative growth, and acknowledge our responsibilities to the larger community in this pandemic. We seek to create an environment that is safe and comfortable for you while you work at this important pursuit of your artistic development.

Please stay safe and look out for each other. At times like this your music might seem insignificant in the face of hardship. But in the face of hardship, your music might be just what the rest of us need. Here's to you. Thank you for your important part in making this creative community of The Songwriting School the positive and resilient one it has been since we first opened our doors in 2009.
