THE COUNTRY SONGWRITING MANUAL, with #1 Writer Rick Beresford

Hit Nashville writer Rick Beresford returns to The Songwriting School to discuss what makes for memorable, impactful songwriting--and to explore distinct current trends and styles in current country music.

He is not only a #1 Country songwriter, he has taught students to become hit writers themselves (most recently Jon Nite, with multiple number ones this past year). Rick ran the Songwriting Department at Nashville's Belmont University for 25 years, and the Song School at the Kerrville Folk Festival.
