The Songwriting School of Los Angeles is honored to welcome Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Member Mike Love to Songwriters on Songwriting, LIVE - Interviews by Paul Zollo, on Friday September 16 at 5pm.
Mike Love is a founding member of The Beach Boys, and the lyricist of countless classic songs written with his cousin Brian Wilson, including iconic standards such as "Good Vibrations," "California Girls," "Fun Fun Fun" and more. He co-wrote the song "Kokomo" with Terry Melcher and John Phillips. He also sang lead and/or harmonies on all the Beach Boys hits, has toured with the Beach Boys around the world for decades, and has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. He even went to India to study with the Maharishi along with The Beatles and Donovan. All and more of which is entailed in his new memoir, Good Vibrations: My Life as a Beach Boy.
Mr. Love will be signing copies of his book after the interview.
