There are songs, podcasts, and so much more inside of you that couldn't get out without someone else's help--until now. In Music Production in Garageband for the Totally Terrified Beginner, learn to record and so much more in a single 3-Hour Workshop.

In this hands-on small group session, you will learn to

  • record your voice
  • record acoustic guitar
  • record MIDI piano
  • select and program from a vast library of sounds
  • create and use drum loops
  • take YouTube audio and import tracks to sing to (karaoke style)
  • how to build a basic production
  • mix and export your work


  • WHEN: Sunday 4/7/19, 2-5pm
  • WHERE: The Songwriting School, 4001 W. Magnolia Blvd., Burbank, CA 91505
  • ONLINE also!
  • WHO: singers, podcasters, voice-over actors, songwriters, aspiring producers, and anyone who would like to take your creativity into your own hands
  • WHAT: You'll need a Mac laptop with GarageBand installed and some headphones (or earbuds). If you own an audio interface or USB mic, bring it. You do not have to have either to take part in the workshop.
