USING THE FREEWAYS:

from Downtown and points South and East

• 110 N to 101 N, exit Lankershim Blvd.  North on Lankershim.  Veer right onto Cahuenga.  East (right) on Magnolia; 4001 W. Magnolia is 1 block after the light at Pass Ave, Northwest corner of Maple & Magnolia.
• 110 N to 134 West, exit Hollywood Way.  North on Hollywood Way.  West (left) on Magnolia.  4 blocks on right, Northwest corner of Maple & Magnolia.
• 5 N, exit Burbank Blvd.  West on Burbank Blvd.  South (left) on Hollywood Way.  West (right) on Magnolia.  4 blocks on right, Northwest corner of Maple & Magnolia.

from Hollywood

• take Highland North to 101 N.  Exit at Barham, Right at Barham.  Left on Hollywood Way.  West (left) on Magnolia.  4 blocks on right, Northwest corner of Maple & Magnolia.
• take Highland North to 101 N.  Exit at Lankershim, veer Right on Cahuenga, Right on Magnolia.  4001 W. Magnolia is 1 block after the light at Pass Ave, Northwest corner of Maple & Magnolia.

from the West Side

• 405 N to 101 S, veer left onto 134 East.  exit Hollywood Way.  North on Hollywood Way.  West (left) on Magnolia.  4 blocks on right, Northwest corner of Maple & Magnolia.

from the Northern San Fernando Valley

• 101 S, veer left onto 134 East.  exit Hollywood Way.  North on Hollywood Way.  West (left) on Magnolia.  4 blocks on right, Northwest corner of Maple & Magnolia.
• 170 S, exit Magnola.  Travel East on Magnolia for 2+ miles.  4001 W. Magnolia is 1 block after the light at Pass Ave, Northwest corner of Maple & Magnolia.

USING SURFACE ROADS:

from Hollywood

• take Cahuenga north all the way to where it deadends into Barham Blvd.  Right on Barham, Left on Hollywood Way.  West (left) on Magnolia.  4 blocks on right, Northwest corner of Maple & Magnolia.
• Laurel Canyon Blvd headed north, over the hill.  Right on Magnolia.  Travel 4+ miles, 4001 W. Magnolia is 1 block after the light at Pass Ave, Northwest corner of Maple & Magnolia.  If Laurel Canyon is slow getting to Magnolia, turn Right on Moorpark, Left on Cahuenga, Right on Magnolia.  4001 W. Magnolia is 1 block after the light at Pass Ave, Northwest corner of Maple & Magnolia.
• take Highland North, veer left on to Cahuenga Pass, Right on Barham, Left on Hollywood Way.  West (left) on Magnolia.  4 blocks on right, Northwest corner of Maple & Magnolia.

from the West

This bears checking a map for the best possible route, but at certain times of day surface roads might move more quickly than the freeways.  Magnolia Blvd. is an East-West road through the San Fernando Valley.  Pay attention to the quicker moving North-South and West-East roads, and please let us know what you find.  Moorpark tends to move quickly most hours of the day.
