to provide young people with exceptional and innovative after-school and weekend education and programming in writing, music, leadership, and the creative process (beginning Fall 2009) -
to offer Full and Partial Scholarships for classes and services to young people of outstanding merit and need (beginning Fall 2009)

to develop an extensive community outreach program designed to train, organize, and deploy talented and passionate young adults and adults for on-going and meaningful teaching and mentoring relationships with public, magnet, and charter school youth, first in Los Angeles County and eventually in the nation at large (beginning Fall 2010)
